This individual will be responsible for supervising associates in the Cross-Dock Department, Shipping/Receiving, and warehouse office clerks while performing the duties outlined below. Location:

Allentown, PA Duties and Responsibilities Supervise associates in the Cross-Dock Department, Shipping/Receiving, and warehouse office clerks. Assign duties to employees and schedule break periods, work hours, and vacations. Conduct periodic employee evaluations in accordance with company HR policies. Assist other warehouse supervisors and associates with warehouse policies, departmental procedures, and job responsibilities. Follow up on customer concerns and complaints, review discrepancy reports, and help resolve issues to maintain strong customer relationships. Maintain overall responsibility for proper sanitation practices throughout the Cross-Dock Department, warehouse, and offices. Supervise and enforce seal policies on outbound loads. Promote a positive work environment and foster teamwork among employees. Work closely with staff to ensure quality and productivity standards are maintained and clearly communicated. Maintain flexibility to work any shift as needed to support business operations. Requirements and Qualifications Excellent communication skills with the ability to take initiative and effectively lead the Cross-Dock Department. Strong computer skills and a high level of WMS system literacy. Previous warehouse supervisory or management experience required. Experience in the wholesale or distribution industry preferred. Some college-level education preferred but not required with relevant experience. Ability to work a flexible schedule and support various shifts based on business needs.
