The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of materials in and out of Diamonex, a division of BEST Engineered Surface Technologies, LLC. while supporting accounts payable through accurate invoice entry and documentation. This role ensures materials are received, processed, and shipped efficiently, while maintaining accurate records in both inventory and accounting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Shipping & Receiving:
Receive incoming materials, verify quantities, and inspect for damage or discrepancies Match received items to purchase orders and packing slips Accurately enter receipts into our ERP system, E2 Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments in accordance with customer and carrier requirements Schedule and coordinate pickups with carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight, etc.) Maintain organized shipping/receiving and inventory records Communicate with production and coatings teams regarding material availability and priorities Handle hazardous materials in accordance with safety and regulatory guidelines (if applicable) Monitor inventory level for consumables not in inventory. This includes sandblaster parts, ordering source parts for WRW, packaging for various depts, polymide tape, foil, etc…" Accounts Payable (AP)
Support:
Enter vendor invoices into E2 accurately and in a timely manner Perform 3-way matching (invoice, purchase order, receiving documentation) Identify and report discrepancies for resolution Maintain organized digital and/or physical invoice records Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice questions Exemplify and embrace our BEST values including pride in workmanship All other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred Experience with invoice entry or accounts payable is a plus Familiarity with ERP or inventory/accounting systems preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy Organizational and time management skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting Ability to work in a production/warehouse environment
Work Environment:
Coatings/manufacturing facility with exposure to chemicals, dust, and noise PPE required (safety glasses, gloves, etc.)
