Job Description
Job Title Order Fulfillment Coordinator Job Description Your role: Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, delivering responsive support and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Managing customer inquiries, complaints, order requests, and escalations while setting clear expectations and providing proactive communication throughout the resolution process. Maintaining the integrity of customer master data across SAP and related business systems to support operational accuracy and business continuity. Overseeing account updates related to hierarchies, acquisitions, mergers, closures, and data governance initiatives while supporting ongoing data quality improvements. Analyzing customer performance metrics, account trends, and key performance indicators to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for service enhancement. Generating and distributes customer-specific reports that support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts. Collaborating closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Distribution, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to support customer needs and ensure successful order fulfillment. Partnering with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues, manage backorders, address pricing concerns, and drive positive customer outcomes. Applying strong problem-solving and quality-focused practices to identify and resolve customer and operational challenges. Implementing both corrective and preventative solutions while adhering to established quality procedures, standard work processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
