Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to support daily shipping operations. This administrative-focused role is responsible for preparing shipping documentation, processing orders, scheduling shipments, and ensuring products are shipped accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is organized, computer-savvy, and comfortable working with shipping systems, data entry, and customer or vendor communications. Responsibilities Prepare shipping paperwork, labels, and packing documents
Enter shipping information into company software and databases
Coordinate outgoing shipments with carriers and transportation providers
Track shipments and update records as needed
Utilize Microsoft Excel and other computer systems to maintain shipping logs
Verify order information prior to shipment
Scan and organize shipping documents electronically
Communicate with internal departments regarding shipment schedules and order status
Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Assist with general administrative duties related to shipping operations Previous administrative, office support, customer service, or shipping experience preferred
Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational and data entry skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Professional and dependable with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
