The Warehouse Supervisor is a key team member performing the following warehouse duties: Oversee day to day operations within all operations including pick/pack, shipping and receiving Support the launch of a new warehouse facility, assisting with setup, organization, and operational readiness Manage all workload distribution based on staffing level and order volume Train new employees on picking and packing procedures for each client Ensure all orders are packed correctly, completely, and to each client's standards Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including LTL and parcel operations Investigate errors in order fulfillment to prevent recurrences We offer the following benefits: Holidays, overtime, and paid time off Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short Term and Long-Term Disability insurance Simple IRA Retirement Savings plan with company match Positive work environment Qualifications Warehouse experience required Candidates must be reliable, willing to work hard, interested in being part of a productive team, and have strong attention to detail Ability to read and understand English Experience using one or more of the following:

Ride On Pallet Jack, Sit-down Forklift, Standup Forklift, Cherry Picker Schedules:

M-F 6a-2:30p, 11:30a-8p
