!! Job Description We are looking for a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Lead to oversee the daily operations of our shipping and receiving department. This role involves leading the work of one other shipper and receiver, ensuring accurate records are maintained for all products received and shipped. You will be responsible for updating inventory records, picking, inspecting, packaging, and weighing products, tracking shipments, and ensuring prompt delivery to desired locations. Additionally, you will manage the unloading and loading of trucks, use shipping software to create labels, and track incoming and outgoing shipments. Responsibilities Lead the work of one other shipper and receiver. Maintain accurate records of all products received and shipped. Update and provide accurate inventory records. Pick, inspect, package, and weigh products. Track shipments and ensure products reach their desired locations promptly. Unload and load trucks for delivery and shipping purposes. Essential Skills Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics operations. Experience with shipping software and inventory management/ERP systems. Forklift experience/machine operating skills is a plus. Previous experience in leading or training other employees preferred. Why Work Here? Work hours are from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, on the first shift at PA Inserts. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spring City, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
