Job Description
Job Overview Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, administration, or other related field.
- 3 years of demonstrated competency experience in maintenance, fleet/facility operations, or a related technical discipline. OR
- Education equivalent to graduation from high school
- 5 years of demonstrated competency in maintenance or related technical discipline. AND
- Ability to communicate clearly, respond to inquiries promptly, and provide organized customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience maintaining accurate records, documentation, audit information, or compliance-related files.
- Experience coordinating with internal teams, regional staff, vendors, or cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience supporting fleet, facility, maintenance, asset management, or related technical operations.
- Experience with asset inventory, asset tagging, asset tracking, or maintaining asset records in a database/system.
- Working knowledge of dashboards, reports, data collection, or data analysis to support operational decision-making.
- Experience reviewing invoices, purchase orders, contracts, warranty information, delivery terms, or asset-related financial records.
