No Degree RequiredResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to direct daily shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. This leadership role ensures seamless dock workflows, accurate order fulfillment, and peak team efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipping Operations:

Prepare freight/parcel orders, generate BOLs, coordinate carriers, track transit data, and resolve delivery delays with sales. Oversee dock staging and loading/unloading.

Receiving & Inventory:

Supervise inbound shipments, process carrier paperwork for accounting, manage stock rotation, and execute regular cycle counts using WMS software.

Floor Leadership:

Assign daily tasks, manage dock staff, resolve shift conflicts, and enforce safety/maintenance protocols for material handling equipment.

Facility Upkeep:

Maintain stock supplies (boxes, tape, spools), optimize rack space, and ensure strict product quality control.

Qualifications:

Proven leadership and problem-solving skills in warehouse environments. Active Forklift Certification; hands-on expertise with lift trucks and pallet jacks. Proficient in inventory control software, data entry, and freight tracking. communication skills; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Steel-toe safety shoes required.
