Success:
Role Summary You are hands-on, people-first leader who knows how to bring out the best in a warehouse team. You set clear expectations, lead from the floor when needed, and hold your team accountable in a way that builds trust and momentum. You're comfortable making decisions, adapting quickly, and trying new ways of working as systems, processes and priorities evolve. You develop your team with an eye toward growth and performance, and you understand how your shift supports broader company goals. You'll lead hourly warehouse associates across functions like picking and packing, inventory control, material handling, and receiving, while keeping safety, accuracy, and productivity front and center.

Key Responsibilities Labor Management Establish and manage daily work schedules to ensure the right coverage and smooth shift execution. Lead, coach, and support associates through clear communication, timely feedback, and consistent expectations. Contribute input on performance, development, promotions, wage changes, and corrective actions, always with fairness and professionalism. Operations Oversee daily warehouse operations, including picking, staging, and shipping of inbound and outbound orders. Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time while meeting productivity, quality, and compliance standards. Address issues as they arise and adjust priorities to keep the shift running smoothly. Communication Participate in warehouse planning meetings and serve as a key connection between associates and leadership. Share updates, expectations, and priorities clearly so teams understand what success looks like and why it matters. Documentation & Reporting Ensure warehouse activity, reports, and records are completed accurately and on time. Maintain documentation in a way that supports operational visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement. Safety, Sanitation & Security Promote a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment every day. Ensure safety procedures and policies are followed consistently to protect people, products, equipment, and the facility. Inventory Management Support physical inventories and cycle counts as needed, helping maintain inventory accuracy and operational integrity.
The Perfect Blend:
What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution environment, including people leadership or lead responsibilities Demonstrated ability to lead, organize, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced operation Comfortable using warehouse systems, scanning technology, and basic computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to manage shifting priorities, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure Strong safety mindset and ability to follow proper lifting and handling techniques (up to 70 pounds). Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods Willingness to work overtime, evenings, or weekends as business needs require Must pass a background check and drug screening Why Join Our Table?
