  • Greenville is seeking an experienced, system-savvy, and highly detailed Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for a leading manufacturing customer in the Fountain Inn, SC area .
This is not a traditional warehouse driver role. We are seeking an administrative and operational logistics specialist who will serve as the engine of our inventory and document control system. You will manage manufacturing ERP transactions in real time, maintain job/traveler packets, coordinate international and domestic shipments, and bridge communication across production, shipping, and administrative teams.
  • Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Primary Responsibilities include: Your main responsibility is the accurate digital and administrative control of shipping, receiving, and inventory workflows , ensuring production traveler data and shipping documentation are 100% compliant.
Manufacturing ERP System Ownership:
Directly operate E2 ERP (or comparable manufacturing ERP) to enter, audit, and track all inventory movements, shipping transactions, and receiving logs in real time.
Production Traveler & Job Packet Control:
Maintain strict document control over manufacturing job travelers, ensuring job routing, part traceability, and shop order documentation are accurate from dock to delivery.
International & Domestic Shipping:
Prepare, process, and verify customs paperwork, international commercial invoices, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and freight manifests for domestic and export freight.
Inter-Departmental Priorities:
Serve as the central communication point between production floor managers, quality assurance, customer service, and freight carriers to coordinate daily dispatch priorities.
Inventory & Cycle Counts:
Manage systematic inventory cycle counts, audit stock levels within E2 ERP, resolve discrepancy reports, and reconcile physical inventory.
Material & Freight Handling:
Inspect incoming freight, stage outbound orders, process receipts, and operate material handling equipment (including forklifts) as needed to support dock operations. Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Requirements include:
ERP Mastery Required:
Direct, hands-on experience navigating manufacturing ERP systems (E2 ERP strongly preferred) for inventory, job tracking, and shipping functions.
Production Document Control:
Proven experience managing shop job travelers, work orders, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation control.
International Freight Knowledge:
Prior experience with international shipping documentation , commercial invoices, and customs/export procedures is highly preferred.
Logistics Experience:
3+ years of shipping, receiving, and inventory coordination within a high-precision manufacturing plant environment.
Forklift & Material Handling:
Valid forklift operating experience for occasional staging, loading, and receiving support.
Detail & Accuracy:
Meticulous attention to detail with zero-tolerance for paperwork or inventory entry errors.
Communication & Reliability:

In this key logistics role, you will manage material movement, operate forklifts, and navigate manufacturing ERP systems. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can safely handle heavy inventory, maintain job traveler controls, and keep material moving efficiently between warehouse docks and active production floors.
  • Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Primary Responsibilities include: Your main responsibility is the accurate physical and digital management of shipping, receiving, and inventory logistics , ensuring production priorities align with customer delivery schedules.
Forklift Operations:
Safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to load, unload, stack, and transport materials and finished goods.
ERP System Management:
Utilize E2 ERP (or a comparable manufacturing ERP platform) to log, track, and process all shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions in real time.
Material Movement:
Coordinate and execute the physical movement of raw materials, parts, and finished goods safely within the manufacturing environment.
Traveler & Job Control:
Maintain strict production documentation and traveler controls to guarantee all job packets and part tracking records remain 100% accurate.
Inter-Departmental Coordination:
Communicate and coordinate daily work priorities between production managers, shipping/receiving docks, quality control, and administrative teams.
Inbound & Outbound Freight:
Inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy, verify bills of lading (BOLs), stage outbound shipments securely, and schedule freight pick-ups.
Inventory Control:
Conduct routine cycle counts, resolve inventory discrepancies, and maintain neat, organized staging areas across the warehouse. Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Requirements include:
Required Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of shipping, receiving, and material handling experience in an active manufacturing setting.
Forklift Expertise Required:
Must have proven forklift operating experience (certification preferred) with a strong history of safe material handling.
ERP Proficiency Required:
Direct experience operating E2 ERP or a comparable manufacturing ERP software platform is required.
Document Control:
Hands-on experience managing job travelers, production documentation, and freight manifests.
Organizational Skills:
Exceptional organizational abilities, strong attention to detail, and a proven capacity to follow through on multi-step tasks in a high-volume environment.
Physical Capabilities:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed in a shop and warehouse environment.
