Monday-Friday | Weekly pay | Overtime opportunities Job Summary HTI is hiring Assembly Operators for Teknor Apex in Fountain Inn, SC . These are temp-to-hire manufacturing positions with consistent schedules, weekly pay, and opportunities for overtime. What You'll Do As an Assembly Operator, you will: Assemble products and components following standard operating procedures (SOPs) Operate basic production and assembly equipment Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean work area Complete other duties as assigned Schedule & Pay 1st Shift (Monday-Friday) — $15.20/hr 6:50 AM - 3:00 PM 2nd Shift (Monday-Friday) — $16.20/hr 2:50 PM - 11:00 PM 3rd Shift (Monday-Friday) — $16.20/hr 10:50 PM - 7:00 AM Requirements (Minimum Qualifications) Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable attendance and stable work history Must be able to understand and respond to visual/audible notifications unless otherwise stated by the client Benefits for HTI Associates Weekly pay Paid Time Off (PTO) Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement benefits Opportunities for overtime and career growth HTI is an Equal Opportunity Employer (M/D/F/V/SO).
