Job Description The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the warehouse to ensure materials are accurately received, stored, inventoried, and distributed in support of operational requirements. This position provides day-today leadership to warehouse personnel while maintaining inventory integrity, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with company policy's, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.

Superintendent- Procurement & Supply Chain Direct Reports:
Warehouse Plan, organize, and supervise daily warehouse activities. Ensure efficient receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and issuing of materials. Maintain organized warehouse operations and accurate inventory records. Monitor warehouse infrastructure including racking systems and storage areas. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Coach, mentor, and develop warehouse employees through regular feedback and performance management. Day to day management of employee time submittals and schedules. Foster teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, inventory accuracy and operational excellence. Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders. Collaborate with Procurement, Maintenance, Operations, Finance, and Contractors to ensure timely material availability. Analyse operational performance and address process gaps. Qualifications Valid Drivers License 3 Years' supervisory experience 5 Years warehouse or materials management experience in industrial or manufacturing Warehouse equipment operating experience Experience in mining, heavy industry, manufacturing, or industrial operations preferred Microsoft Suite Proficient Experience with Inventory Management Systems ERP System experience (SAP or Equivalent)
High School Diploma or GED Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and see. Must be able to work shift work with 12-hour shifts. Occasionally may be required to lift moderately heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) during the workday. Work is in a surface and underground mine plant setting, which may include exposure to extremes in temperature and humidity. Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine environment, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required.
