This position is responsible for the efficient and daily operations of the warehouse as well as the intake of service calls.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Intake of service calls for our current customers
  • Assist with the scheduling of service calls
  • Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Validate service calls for valid warranty repairs or billable services
  • Integrate with Sales for service-related quotes
  • Warranty tracking
  • Shipping and Receiving
  • Inventory control
  • Execute RMA's
  • Stagging of materials for current projects
  • Material tracking
  • Maintain and conduct inventory of fleet vehicles, tools, materials and equipment
  • Maintaining service fleet
  • Warehouse management
Qualifications:
  • Experience in low voltage or construction trade
  • Basic inventory management knowledge
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Maintain a professional image and ensure work quality meets company standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
