This position plays a key role in supporting our Project Management and Operations teams in the planning, coordination, and execution of low voltage and security system installation projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support project managers with scheduling, resource planning, and project documentation. Track project milestones, deliverables, and status updates to ensure timelines and goals are met. Prepare detailed reports and updates for internal teams and clients. Handle administrative tasks including permits, compliance paperwork, and vendor coordination. Maintain clear communication flow between office and field operations to ensure smooth project execution. Assist with RMAs (coordinate with the Service Coordinator). Manage project budgets, procurement, materials, rentals, and billing packets. Prepare and coordinate all project-related meetings, conference calls, and documentation. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company positively to clients and partners.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the low voltage, security, or construction industry preferred. Preferred 2 years of experience in project coordination or support roles, preferably within the low voltage, security, or construction industries. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Ability to work effectively with multiple departments in a collaborative office setting. High level of professionalism and integrity.
