This position will be responsible for assisting with the operation of the service department by being the first person that a customer meets during the service process. Minimum of 1 year previous service advisor experience.

Responsibilities include:

Assist with service department operations Serve as the first point of contact for customers during the service process Listen to customers' needs for equipment repair Write work orders describing needed repairs Generate work orders in computer-based business management system Provide excellent customer service Demonstrate good understanding of potential equipment problems Make phone calls to update customers on repair status Provide repair estimates Invoice equipment after repairs are completed Assist with loading and unloading equipment (may require moderate lifting) Support pickup and delivery scheduling for equipment repair and new sales deliveries Assist technicians with warranty questions, parts lookup, and scheduling Service writing experience preferred but not required Training will be provided for the right candidate Benefits include: Paid holidays Paid vacation (after reaching employment term) Full health insurance coverage for full time employee 401K programs
