Job description We are HIRING for the position of Bilingual Staffing Onsite Supervisor to support staff and client at a distribution center in Arlington and parts of the Memphis area. Applicants must be proficient in both English and Spanish.

• $55K per year depending on experience.

Requirements:

Bilingual English-Spanish, Supervisory and Staffing experience +2 years, Recruiting, ATS, Computer skills, customer service and must be flexible with the schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to show up on time and as scheduled for shift.
• Customer service focus and driven individual that has a sense of urgency.
• Welcome all new hires and set up for success with training and support.
• Job will include support at local warehouse to conduct check-in's, walking floor, relationship building, using office space, phones, walkie, and responding to needs of staff.
• Responsible for the check-in of all staff at start of shift.
• Responsible for relationship building with staff and client.
• Good communication skills required.
• Experience in MS Office including Word and Excel, good typing and emailing skills as well.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Supervise staff throughout the shift.
• Manage shift reports and communication.
• Call any no call/no shows daily and request that they return to work for next scheduled shift.

Ideal Candidates:

• Should have supervisory and staffing experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Reliable transportation with the ability to visit clients throughout Memphis if needed.
• Recruiting experience
• Warehouse experience is a plus
• Likes to work with people
• Great computer skills, typing skills, Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
• Reliable and dependable. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
