As a 2nd Shift Supervisor , you will provide hands-on leadership while working alongside the team on the floor. You will coordinate daily responsibilities, support staffing decisions, address performance concerns, and coach and develop associates to promote individual and team success. Success in this role requires strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. You will communicate clearly and professionally through meetings, email, and daily interactions to keep the team aligned, expectations clear, and operations running efficiently. This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits and is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, developing others, solving problems, and being actively involved in daily operations. The regular schedule is 12:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday , with a minimum expectation of 40 hours per week . Candidates should have the flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends as operational needs require.
Compensation:
Starting salary is $52,500 annually, with the potential for a higher starting salary based on experience, qualifications, and relevant skills.
Responsibilities:
Maintain appropriate operating and HR policies and procedures. Prioritize and assign daily work activities. Supervise adherence to the application of safety, service, cost, efficiency. Resolution of Associate relation issues. To perform other job-related duties as determined and assigned by management. Maintain a working relationship with all Associates, Peers, and Clients Coach and mentor, Leads and Associates on various job aspects including administrative and operational duties. Fulfill supervisory responsibilities, including disciplining, directing work, assessing work performance, coaching, developing and motivating team members. Make prompt leadership decisions on personnel and employee relation issues. Responsible for attendance, productivity, and quality of Associates. Assure adequate and professional on-floor presence.
