Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

40 hours per week About the Position Kelly is hiring a dependable and motivated Warehouse Lead to join a small, team-oriented warehouse operation in Nashville. This is a hands-on role supporting a team of three warehouse employees. The ideal candidate has forklift experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently while supporting daily warehouse operations. The selected candidate will also receive training on computer-based warehouse functions. Responsibilities Operate a forklift safely and efficiently. Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders. Load and unload trucks. Receive, move, and organize warehouse materials. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed. Support the daily workflow and productivity of the warehouse team. Learn and perform computer-based warehouse tasks following training. Help ensure materials and orders are handled accurately and efficiently. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience preferred. Forklift experience required. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team. Willingness to perform hands-on warehouse duties. Ability to learn computer systems and new processes. Strong work ethic and dependable attitude. Ability to safely lift, move, and handle warehouse materials. Schedule and Pay Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. 30-minute lunch 40 hours per week
Pay:
