Bilingual Shipping Coordinator

Responsibilities Manage shipping and receiving operations, including load & unload activities using forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track inventory, process orders, and update stock levels accurately Coordinate order picking & packing, ensuring timely fulfillment through efficient use of order pickers and packaging stations Assist with stock stocking, replenishment, and inventory audits to maintain optimal warehouse distribution flow Operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks safely while adhering to safety protocols Support e-commerce order processing by verifying order accuracy via AS400 or MRP systems Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations, improve workflow efficiency, and ensure quality standards are met Requirements Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory management experience operating reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers preferred Bilingual proficiency in [Spanish, English], with excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse teams and partners Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400, and MRP software platforms Basic math skills for inventory calculations, measurements, and data entry accuracy Ability to lift heavy items safely and stand for extended periods during shift hours Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control and order processing Bill of Lading Knowledge LTL Freight Excel Proficient Join us as a Bilingual Shipping Coordinator to be a key player in our logistics success story!
