Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations within a dynamic distribution environment. This pivotal role involves supervising warehouse staff, coordinating logistics, and ensuring efficient inventory management. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and materials handling Lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback Oversee inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels using inventory management systems and RF scanners Operate and manage material handling equipment such as forklifts safely and efficiently Implement process improvements aligned with lean management principles to optimize workflow Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and safety protocols across all warehouse operations Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate distribution center activities and improve overall efficiency Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) and AS400 platforms for inventory tracking and reporting Manage shipping and receiving documentation accurately using Microsoft Office tools Conduct regular safety audits and enforce proper use of materials handling equipment Support the onboarding of new team members and foster a positive team environment Requirements Proven experience in warehouse supervision or warehouse management roles, preferably within distribution centers Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution processes, inventory control, and logistics operations Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, RF scanners, and AS400 platform Demonstrated ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts safely (certification preferred) Excellent team leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and manage performance effectively Strong managerial communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and heavy lifting procedures Experience with process improvement methodologies such as lean management is highly desirable Ability to handle heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently during daily operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation purposes If you are a motivated leader with extensive warehouse experience committed to operational excellence, we encourage you to apply.
