Shift Patterns Monday through Friday 6PM - Finish Pay Rates 24.00 - 25.00 USD hourly Essential Requirements for Night Shift Supervisor Recent experience supervising a team of 20 or more employees. Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Proven track record of being measured on team performance and meeting company standards. Desirable Requirements for Night Shift Supervisor Ability to operate a forklift. Experience in Quality Control. Previous experience in a similar supervisory role. Knowledge of warehouse management systems. Role for Night Shift Supervisor Manage daily warehouse floor operations and ensure staffing levels are met. Oversee employee relations, including coaching, performance reviews, and exit interviews. Monitor key performance indicators such as Fill Rate, Cost Per Piece, and On-Time Attendance. Coordinate with the NRC for staffing needs and develop contingency plans for unexpected events. Hire and train lead staff, quality control personnel, and forklift operators.
