Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to help coordinate daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced automotive logistics environment. This is a hands-on leadership position. The Warehouse Lead will work directly with warehouse associates while helping ensure inbound and outbound operations are completed safely, accurately, and on time. Schedule will be Mon-Fri with availability on Saturday 8am to 5pm with opportunity for overtime Skills and Experience Coordinate and lead daily warehouse activities Assign work and provide direction to warehouse associates Monitor inbound and outbound shipments Assist with receiving, storing, picking, staging, and shipping material Help maintain accurate inventory and product locations Ensure materials are moved and staged according to daily production needs Monitor productivity and make sure assigned work is completed correctly and on time Train and support new and existing team members Promote safe operation of forklifts and other material-handling equipment Ensure employees follow safety procedures and company policies Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment Communicate operational issues, shortages, damages, or delays to management Complete required warehouse reports and documentation Step in and assist the team with warehouse duties when needed

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse experience required Previous Lead or Team Lead experience strongly preferred Forklift experience preferred Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, or material handling Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Comfortable working on the warehouse floor and leading by example Basic computer/Warehouse Management System experience is a plus Benefits Don't miss this chance to enhance your experience in a production environment while enjoying competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
