Job Responsibilities:

Supervise daily inbound operations, including receiving, unloading, inspecting, and stocking incoming shipments. Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound inventory to maintain optimal warehouse efficiency. Monitor and manage the inbound workflow, assigning tasks to team members to optimize productivity. Conduct quality control checks to ensure all received goods meet company and customer standards. Work closely with inventory control to maintain accurate stock levels and proper storage organization. Train and mentor inbound warehouse staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve inbound discrepancies and improve processes. Track and analyze inbound data to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements. Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with a focus on inbound processes. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating warehouse teams. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to optimize inbound workflow. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong communication skills to coordinate with multiple departments and external vendors.
