The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining efficient, safe, and accurate warehouse processes. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a supervisory or warehouse leadership role.
Experience managing warehouse operations, inventory, and staff.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and other office software.
Ability to track inventory, maintain accurate records, and manage documentation.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with employees, customers, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations.
Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity and safety goals.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate receiving, storage, and shipping of products.
Maintain organized records of inventory, orders, and warehouse documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace safety standards.
Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
