Grand Prairie, TX Job Summary We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented E-Commerce Fulfillment & Shipping Coordinator to join our team. The primary focus of this position is managing the day-to-day fulfillment of orders from Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other online sales channels. You will help manage the fulfillment process from the time an order is received through shipment, including reviewing orders, comparing shipping rates and services, processing batch shipments, purchasing shipping labels, determining appropriate packaging, and coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time. This role requires strong attention to detail and good judgment. Shipping decisions can vary depending on product quantity, weight, dimensions, packaging, destination, delivery requirements, and shipping cost. The right candidate should be comfortable reviewing these factors and making practical, cost-effective shipping decisions. In addition to fulfillment and shipping, this position may assist with returns, inventory-related tasks, customer order questions, walk-in customers, and other general office and operational responsibilities as needed. Duties & Responsibilities Process and fulfill daily orders from Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other online sales channels Review incoming orders and ensure order information is complete and accurate Compare shipping rates and services to determine appropriate and cost-effective shipping methods Purchase and print shipping labels through shipping platforms and carrier systems Process individual and batch shipments efficiently Determine appropriate packaging based on product quantity, dimensions, weight, and shipping requirements Determine when products should be combined into one shipment or separated into multiple packages Review unusually high shipping costs and identify alternative packaging or shipping options when appropriate Coordinate with warehouse staff for picking, packing, staging, and shipment preparation Verify SKUs, quantities, addresses, package weights, dimensions, and other shipment details Monitor daily orders to ensure shipments are completed accurately and within required handling times Troubleshoot order and shipping issues, including address problems, cancellations, replacements, missing items, and delivery issues Respond to customer questions related to orders, products, shipping, returns, or pickups as needed Process returns and receive eligible returned merchandise back into the inventory system Assist with inventory adjustments, stock discrepancies, and other basic inventory-related tasks Occasionally assist walk-in customers with product questions and order pickups Maintain accurate order, shipment, and inventory records Assist with other general office, fulfillment, and operational tasks as needed Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment, shipping, order processing, logistics, or related operations is preferred Experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Shopify, ShipStation, or similar platforms is a plus Experience with UPS, FedEx, or other carrier shipping systems is a plus Understanding of shipping rates, package dimensions, weights, and service levels is preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time-management skills Comfortable working with computers and learning new software and systems Ability to handle multiple orders and priorities efficiently Good problem-solving skills and ability to make practical decisions Clear communication skills and a customer-service mindset Ability to work effectively with both office and warehouse team members Previous direct experience is preferred but not required; candidates with strong attention to detail, organization, and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply What We Value We are looking for someone who is reliable, careful, efficient, and willing to learn. Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
