We are hiring an Outbound Lead to help oversee daily warehouse operations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on supporting the team, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and keeping operations running smoothly. Schedule Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Must be flexible and available for occasional weekends Weekend work required during peak seasons (holidays, Black Friday, etc.) Responsibilities Lead and support warehouse team members on the floor Train new hires and help improve team performance Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time Adjust workflow based on volume and priorities Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety guidelines Help manage incoming and outgoing shipments Qualifications 1-3 years of warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience Leadership or team lead experience preferred Familiarity with warehouse systems (WMS) is a plus Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for long periods (8-12 hours) Lift up to 40 lbs regularly; team lift heavier items as needed Comfortable with bending, reaching, climbing, and working in a warehouse environment Able to work in varying temperatures and conditions
