Job Description

The Fleet Compliance Coordinator is responsible for supporting the administration and compliance of company vehicles and equipment. This role ensures that all fleet vehicles remain properly titled, registered, and compliant with applicable state and regulatory requirements. The position works closely with Operations, and equipment department to maintain accurate records and coordinate DMV-related transactions. Key Responsibilities Coordinate vehicle title transfers, registrations, and renewals through the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and other applicable agencies. Ensure all company vehicles maintain current registration, plates, and required documentation. Maintain and update fleet records and documentation, including titles, registration paperwork, and compliance records. Track and monitor registration expiration dates to ensure timely renewals. Maintain organized electronic and physical records related to fleet documentation. Support fleet compliance initiatives to ensure adherence with company policies and regulatory requirements. Assist with additional administrative tasks related to fleet operations as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience with vehicle titles, registrations, fleet administration, or DMV processes preferred. Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Physical Requirements Ability to travel locally to DMV offices or related agencies as needed. Ability to lift and handle documentation or small office equipment when required.
