Cleaner Supervisor (Evening Shift)
Pay:
$18.00 per hour (Paid Weekly)
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, Evening Shift Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaner Supervisor to lead and support a team of cleaning professionals during evening operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a commitment to quality service, and the ability to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met. Supervisor experience is preferred. Qualifications Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to lead a team in a professional and positive manner. Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical cleaning duties as needed. Must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully complete any required background screening. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support cleaning staff during assigned shifts. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to company standards and client expectations. Conduct routine inspections of work areas to maintain quality and compliance. Train, coach, and motivate team members to enhance performance and productivity. Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to ensure efficiency. Address employee concerns and provide ongoing support as needed. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Ensure all safety procedures and guidelines are followed. Report any maintenance, safety, or operational issues to management.
