This role is responsible for coordinating warehouse activities, supervising team members, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring operational efficiency, and promoting a strong safety culture. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and experienced in fast-paced warehouse operations with strong leadership and communication skills.
Top Responsibilities:
Team Supervision:
Lead, coach, and support warehouse associates by assigning daily tasks, providing training and performance feedback, and fostering a positive and accountable team environment.
Inventory Management:
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory control best practices while resolving discrepancies, shortages, overages, and damages.
Operational Coordination:
Coordinate daily warehouse operations with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient inbound and outbound shipment processing and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
Health & Safety:
Promote and enforce workplace safety standards by conducting inspections, identifying hazards, and maintaining compliance with company safety procedures.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor warehouse KPIs, analyze operational performance data, and implement corrective actions to improve productivity, inventory accuracy, and on-time shipments.
Issue Resolution:
Identify and resolve operational challenges through effective problem-solving, escalation when necessary, and detailed communication with management.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of 2 years of forklift operating experience Previous warehouse leadership or team lead experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Experience with warehouse systems and inventory processes is a plus
Licensing/Certifications:
Valid Driver's license Forklift operator's license What We offer: This position is for second shift Monday
  • Friday 1:00PM
  • 11:00PM, alternating weekends of Saturday 9:00AM
  • 3PM and Sunday 10:00AM
  • 3:00PM.

Equipment, Machinery, Tools, and Vehicles Used:
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters, and tape dispensers. Also regularly utilizes a motorized forklift and heavy equipment crane.

Must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, team lift and/or move objects that weigh between 50 and 100 pounds (100 pounds max). Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Mental Demands:
While performing the duties of this position, employees are regularly required to use written and oral communication skills; read and write. Must also use simple math.
Working Conditions:
