Permian Enterprises, LLC Join Our Team! Permian Enterprises, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to support inventory management operations in our oilfield pipe yard. This position is responsible for auditing customer-owned tubing, casing, and other OCTG inventory, maintaining accurate inventory records, verifying shipping and receiving transactions, and ensuring inventory accuracy throughout daily operations. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, enjoys working both in the yard and in an office environment, and is committed to providing outstanding customer service while maintaining accurate inventory records. Essential Job Responsibilities Perform physical inventory audits of customer-owned tubing, casing, and other OCTG products. Verify rack counts, joint counts, inventory locations, and product identification. Audit inbound and outbound shipments to ensure inventory accuracy. Verify loading and unloading activities performed by forklift operators. Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate inventory variances. Enter inventory transactions accurately into inventory management systems. Maintain inventory records using Microsoft Excel and other inventory software. Generate inventory reports and assist with inventory reconciliations. Assist customers during inventory audits and provide excellent customer service. Work closely with Operations, Shipping & Receiving, and Inventory Management teams. Follow all company safety policies and procedures while working in the pipe yard. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Inventory Manager. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum one (1) year of inventory, warehouse, pipe yard, or oilfield operations experience preferred. Experience working with OCTG (Oil Country Tubular Goods), tubing, casing, or line pipe is highly preferred. Experience with inventory management or ERP software preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel. Ability to accurately count and audit large quantities of inventory. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer-focused with a positive, team-oriented attitude. Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Frequent walking throughout the pipe yard. Ability to climb on pipe racks when necessary while following all safety requirements. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, and high-visibility clothing.
