Shipping & Receiving Lead Supervisor -Night Shift Shift:
7:00 PM-7:00AM Schedule:
Must be available for weekends, holidays, and overtime as required. We are seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Lead Supervisor to oversee dock operations and lead a team of 3-4 forklift drivers. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, container-loading experience, and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.Responsibilities:
- Lead daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient dock operations.
- Direct and support a team of 3-4 forklift drivers.
- Oversee container loading with close attention to detail.
- Operate a forklift and perform driver duties when needed.
- Follow and enforce all company safety and work procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and equipment.
- Report to work on time and ready to begin each shift.
Requirements:
- Shipping and receiving experience with the ability to lead a team.
- Forklift certification and container-loading experience.
- Strong leadership, attention to detail, and basic math skills.
- Excellent attitude and a dependable attendance record.
- Ability to lift 55 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs when needed.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Petrochemical industry experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
