Overview We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Shift Leader to oversee daily operations at our car wash facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and possess experience in car detailing and sales. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, managing team performance, and maintaining operational standards. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts to ensure efficient operations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Train new staff on car wash procedures, detailing techniques, and safety protocols. Monitor equipment functionality and cleanliness, ensuring all tools and machines are well-maintained. Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure high standards of cleanliness and detailing are met. Assist with hands-on tasks including washing, buffing, and cleaning vehicles as needed. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary. Enforce safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment for all employees. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Experience in car wash operations or detailing preferred but not required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential for this role. Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a collaborative work atmosphere.
