Based on experience Cedar Bear Naturales, a Utah-based herbal supplement company, is seeking an experienced Shipping Supervisor to lead and oversee the daily operations of our shipping department for our 100% alcohol-free dietary supplements. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated individual with prior shipping and supervisory experience who can help maintain accuracy, efficiency, and a positive team environment. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our customers receive our quality products in a timely and professional manner. Position Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily shipping department operations Oversee order fulfillment, packing, labeling, and shipping accuracy Assist with inventory management, stock organization, and cycle counts Ensure shipments are processed on schedule and according to company standards Support other shipping team employees Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Work closely with management and other departments to improve workflow and efficiency Help resolve shipping discrepancies, inventory issues, and customer order concerns Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and quality control practices Follow company policies, including signing an NDA and becoming familiar with the Employee Handbook Qualifications Prior shipping, warehouse, or fulfillment experience required Previous supervisory or leadership experience required High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software or inventory systems preferred Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, walking, and repetitive motion during shifts What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Reliable and punctual Positive and professional Calm under pressure and able to multitask Committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency Interested in being part of a company focused on wellness and quality products Why You'll Love Working Here Employee discounts on all Cedar Bear products Opportunity to grow with a respected and expanding company Friendly, team-oriented work environment Be part of a small, innovative company dedicated to natural wellness Support a mission to help build a healthier world If you are an experienced shipping professional who takes pride in organization, leadership, and teamwork, we would love to hear from you.
