American Equipment HR LLC (AmQuip Crane Rental) is seeking a Shipping Receiving Coordinator to support crane and lifting operations for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. This role manages incoming and outgoing parts, equipment, and tools; verifies documentation; tracks inventory; and coordinates logistics with field and crane crews. The coordinator ensures safe loading/unloading, accurate records, and compliance with company safety standards. Work closely with operations, drivers, and vendors in a fast-paced yard/warehouse environment, supporting reliable, on-time delivery for complex lifting projects. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts, tools, and equipment against purchase orders and packing lists Prepare, stage, and document outgoing shipments to field crews and customers Maintain accurate inventory records in inventory or ERP systems Coordinate pickups and deliveries with drivers, vendors, and operations staff Ensure safe loading/unloading and material handling in accordance with safety policies Label, store, and organize materials to support fast, accurate retrieval Resolve shipping discrepancies, damages, and paperwork issues Support crane and lifting project schedules through timely logistics coordination Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with inventory audits Keep warehouse and yard areas clean, orderly, and compliant with safety standards Required Skills Shipping and receiving operations Inventory control Forklift and material handling Bill of lading and shipping documentation ERP or inventory management systems Basic computer skills (Excel, email) Load securement and packing Warehouse safety practices Cycle counting and stock reconciliation Vendor and driver coordination
