The job description below outlines the primary responsibilities and expectations of the Warehouse Supervisor role. This position plays a critical leadership role in supporting daily warehouse operations, customer service execution, inventory accuracy, and teammate coordination within a fast-paced healthcare logistics environment. Wages & Benefits Salary:
Starting at $55,000 annually
Overtime Expectations:
Additional hours may be required based on operational demands, customer needs, recalls, staffing needs, or business requirements.

Job Responsibilities Operational Leadership Lead and support the daily workflow of a small warehouse team, helping ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. Coordinate daily operational priorities to support inbound, outbound, inventory, and customer service needs. Provide clear direction, reinforce operational expectations, and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment. Support onboarding, training, and cross-training efforts to strengthen operational flexibility and team performance. Support performance coaching and operational accountability efforts in partnership with leadership. Escalate operational, customer, inventory, or service concerns to leadership when appropriate. Inbound & Inventory Control Support receiving operations by preparing documentation and coordinating inbound deliveries with carriers. Help ensure timely receipt, putaway, and accurate inventory tracking within the Warehouse Management System. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, discrepancy research, and corrective follow-up. Investigate inventory variances, identify root causes, and support process improvements to reduce recurrence. Communicate inventory issues or concerns promptly to leadership and customers when necessary. Outbound Operations Prioritize outbound workflows to ensure customer orders, urgent requests, and daily due outs are completed accurately and on time. Monitor order flow throughout the facility and proactively address operational risks that could impact service levels. Coordinate with operational leadership and internal teams to resolve shipping, inventory, or fulfillment challenges. Support urgent operational requests, including healthcare-related recalls and time-sensitive customer needs that support healthcare operations and service continuity. Customer Support Maintain professional and responsive communication with customers regarding operational updates, issues, and service requests. Utilize customer service and warehouse systems to manage workflows, respond to inquiries, and support issue resolution. Ensure customer concerns are acknowledged promptly and followed through to completion. Build strong working relationships through consistency, accountability, and reliable execution. Skills & Qualifications Skill Set Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently while maintaining strong follow-through and accountability. Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory processes, and shipping workflows. Experience using Warehouse Management Systems and related operational technology. Strong attention to detail, particularly related to inventory accuracy and operational execution. Professional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, teammates, and leadership. Ability to exercise sound judgment and escalate higher-risk operational concerns appropriately. Equipment & Physical Requirements Experience operating warehouse lift equipment, including forklifts or order pickers, is preferred but not required. Willingness to complete equipment training is required. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to regularly lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to work within a warehouse environment that may include varying temperatures, including heat in the summer and colder conditions in the winter. Customer orders, recalls, and time-sensitive requests are handled proactively and effectively. Inventory accuracy is consistently maintained through strong operational discipline and follow-through. Operational issues are identified early, communicated appropriately, and resolved in a timely manner. The warehouse team operates collaboratively, professionally, and with accountability. Customers and internal teams view the operation as responsive, reliable, and organized. The work environment remains clean, organized, audit-ready, and aligned with operational standards. The Supervisor leads by example through professionalism, ownership, and consistency.
