Job Description
A growing medical warehousing and fulfillment provider in the Charlottesville area is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to help lead daily operations. If you take pride in running a tight, accurate, well-organized floor and want your work to matter, this is a strong fit. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. You'll lead the day-to-day workflow of a small warehouse team, keeping inbound, outbound, inventory, and customer service running safely and on time. It's a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced healthcare logistics environment where accuracy, follow-through, and accountability count — the kind of place where recalls and time-sensitive orders directly support patient care downstream. What you'll do Lead and support the daily workflow of a small warehouse team, keeping work safe, accurate, and efficient Coordinate inbound, outbound, inventory, and customer service priorities Manage receiving, putaway, and inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy research Prioritize outbound orders so daily due-outs and urgent requests ship accurately and on time Handle time-sensitive requests, including healthcare-related recalls Support onboarding, training, and cross-training to build team flexibility Partner with leadership on performance coaching and accountability Keep customers updated with professional, responsive communication What you'll need Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory processes, and shipping workflows Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and related operational technology Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced setting Strong attention to detail, especially around inventory accuracy Previous supervisor experience is required Professional verbal and written communication Ability to pass a drug screen and background check Experience operating forklifts or order pickers is a plus (training provided; willingness to be trained is required)
