We offer sound-attenuated and weather-protective packaging for on-site power generation equipment, with products ranging from economical skin-tight enclosures to entire multi-unit power plants.

Role Overview The Shipping Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating all shipping operations across ASC facilities. This role ensures that inbound materials are received, inspected, documented, labeled, stored, and distributed accurately and efficiently to support production and operational goals. The Shipping Supervisor partners closely with Purchasing, Inventory Control, Production, and Customer Equipment teams. This position plays a key role in driving warehouse organization, operational efficiency, process standardization, and continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. Success in this role will be measured through inventory accuracy, shipping efficiency, material availability, housekeeping standards, team performance, and adherence to safety and quality objectives. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily receiving operations, ensuring all incoming shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. Manage inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies. Coordinate with logistics teams to streamline the flow of materials and products into the warehouse. Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices for materials handling and safety procedures. Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste. Conduct regular inspections of received goods to ensure quality standards are met. Oversee heavy lifting operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and proper lifting techniques. Coordinate material transfers and receiving activities across ASC facilities when necessary Collaborate with leadership to establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to receiving and inventory operations Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and customer service Support all shifts and operational needs as required to ensure uninterrupted material flow What We're Looking For Minimum of 5 years of experience of shipping experience within a manufacturing environment Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, warehouse operations, and material flow processes Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret inventory data and drive operational improvements Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive accountability Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple departments Experience in industrial manufacturing environments preferred Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement training preferred OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field preferred Physical & Work Requirements Ability to regularly work in warehouse and manufacturing environments Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout warehouse and production areas for extended periods Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to safely operate or become certified to operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks Ability to work in environments with machinery, noise, and varying temperatures Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with all safety requirements Come help us build safer, smarter, and more efficient ways to power the world's most demanding data centers.
