Job Description

Warehouse Coordinator Summit Truck Body | Ridgefield, WA At Summit Truck Body, we build and service commercial truck bodies. Our production teams depend on the warehouse to have the right materials available at the right time, and we're looking for a Warehouse Coordinator who can help make that happen. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys organizing work, solving problems, and leading a team. You'll coordinate daily warehouse activities, keep inventory accurate, and work closely with production, purchasing, and other departments. We're especially interested in someone who can take ownership of the operation and help the team grow. What you'll do Coordinate daily receiving, storage, picking, staging, and shipping activities. Help ensure materials are available and delivered to production when needed. Maintain accurate inventory records in NetSuite and investigate discrepancies. Organize warehouse priorities and provide direction and support to team members. Work with purchasing and production to resolve shortages, delivery issues, and other material needs. Identify ways to improve warehouse organization, accuracy, and workflow. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including safe material handling and forklift practices. Track warehouse activity and communicate progress, problems, and priorities to management. What we're looking for Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or materials coordination, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience leading others or the ability to grow into a stronger leadership role. Strong organizational skills and the ability to shift priorities as production needs change. Attention to detail and a commitment to accurate inventory records. Comfort using an ERP system and Microsoft Office; NetSuite experience is a plus. Clear communication skills and a willingness to work alongside the team. Forklift experience required. Why join Summit? From $27.50 per hour
