Job Description
Production Lead - Cannabis Operations We are seeking an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented bilingual Production Lead to help manage the daily flow of inventory, orders, and production activities within our cannabis company. This position plays a key role in keeping the production team organized, meeting weekly goals, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all products and paperwork are handled in accordance with company procedures and state regulations. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain accurate inventory records Coordinate weekly production priorities and goals Clearly communicate assignments, deadlines, and expectations to the production team in both English and Spanish Facilitate product intakes and incoming orders Accurately fill, verify, and prepare outbound orders Create manifests and required transportation documents Complete, organize, and file compliance paperwork Maintain accurate records in Cultivera and GrowFlow Track products through each stage of production and order fulfillment Identify inventory discrepancies and work to resolve them promptly Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company operations, products, customers, and business records Keep production and inventory areas clean, organized, and efficient Assist management with other production, inventory, and administrative duties as needed Required Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and meet weekly deadlines Comfortable working with inventory, paperwork, and computer-based tracking systems Clear communication and leadership skills Dependable, professional, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to handle confidential and compliance-sensitive information responsibly Must meet all state requirements for employment in the cannabis industry Preferred Experience Previous experience in cannabis production, inventory management, order fulfillment, compliance, warehousing, or a related field Experience with Cultivera and/or GrowFlow is a plus, but training will be provided How to Apply Please submit your résumé along with a brief, honest description of your relevant experience and why you are interested in this position.
