As a Warehouse Lead, you play a key role in the distribution of Tutta Bella prepared food products as part of our HUB team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a clean food manufacturing warehouse setting, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in being part of a driven team. Essential Job Duties Assign and direct the work of warehouse team within the designated area. Manage warehouse associate responsibilities as needed including loading and unloading, forklift operation, product relocation, etc. Timely upkeep and input of required data into company ERP Maintain warehouse organization, storage, and FIFO systems Report defective or damaged products and follow up with appropriate corrective action in a timely manner Handle and document daily inspections including equipment inspections and inbound/outbound trailer inspections Check inbound/outbound shipments for compliance, and report quantity difference and quality issues where applicable Maintain communication with Logistics and Planning Preferred Qualifications 3 years of experience in a warehouse and/or logistics environment Ability to work in temperatures as low as 0˚F in cold storage sites or up to 85˚F in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout a shift. Ability to frequently bend, reach, twist, crouch, and lift. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds regularly. Ability to safely move and assist with the product shipping using proper equipment and team lifting procedures. Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements Working Conditions Availability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. Work is performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and attention to detail. Additional Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to communicate effectively with vendors, coworkers, and managers and complete required training. Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) Must maintain all required permits and certifications throughout employment. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
