Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure order accuracy, and support a productive, safety-focused work environment. The ideal candidate will verify paperwork, ensure drivers sign BOLs, and monitor associates to keep workflow on track.

$24/hr

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30

Sumner, WA Key Responsibilities Order & paperwork accuracy — Ensure all paperwork matches outgoing orders and verify drivers sign the BOL. Team monitoring — Oversee warehouse associates, ensure tasks are completed, and maintain workflow efficiency. Training & support — Provide guidance, answer questions, and support new or existing team members. Inventory coordination — Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and product accuracy. Shipping & receiving oversight Safety compliance Workflow management Problem resolution Requirements Warehouse lead experience — Prior lead or supervisory experience in a warehouse environment. Attention to detail — Ability to verify paperwork, match orders, and ensure accurate documentation. Communication skills — Clear communication with associates, drivers, and management. Physical capability — Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of the shift. Reliability — Strong attendance, punctuality, and accountability. Computer proficiency — Basic ability to use warehouse systems, scanners, and documentation tools.
