The person applying must have be able to pass a background check, give references and be willing to get the following certifications:

• CNA preferred (current/active) or HCA. Nursing assistant if willing to finish Home Care Aid.
• Orientation training, 75 hours training
• Nurse Delegation.
• 1st Aid/CPR (current/active)
• Food Handling Permit
• Dementia and Mental Health (for manager is a plus).
• Nurse Delegation for Diabetes
• Continuing Education
• Valid and current WDL (preferred)
• Cooking skills a plus
• Social Security Number All applicants will be asked Covid 19 related questions.
