POSITION OVERVIEW
The Shipping Coordinator plays a crucial role in the seamless flow of our product from our site to our customers. Ensuring all orders are properly handled and shipped with due diligence to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. Additionally, managing the stock and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the shipping center will be crucial to maintain efficiency and order.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Inventory Control:
    Manage and oversee the inventory that is coming into the shipping center. Ensure the shipping center is organized and neat for ample efficiency.
      Standard Operating Procedures:
      Create and make adequate updates to SOPs for all tasks relating to the shipping center. Update when needed to ensure the most accurate processes and procedures are outlined.
        Incoming Orders:
        Manage, organize, and fulfill all incoming orders. Do so in a timely manner with proper attention to detail and each customer order.
          Collaboration:
          Working alongside your teammates is crucial in this position due to the shipping center having stock from vendors, the fab shop, and sub-assembly packs. Leveraging the appropriate team member per the order items in a timely manner will lead to success.
          QUALIFICATIONS

          • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
          • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
          • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
          • Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.) and familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
          • Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
          • Customer service experience and a professional demeanor in interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.
          • Ability to be collaborative with team members
          • Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
          • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
          • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

          $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
