PM Pay:
Salary, FLSA Exempt, $60,000•$65,000
General Position Overview:
The Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing daily warehouse operations for our Value Added Services program to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety. This position requires managing a diverse team, coordinating logistics, and maintaining inventory control while fostering a collaborative work environment. The supervisor will serve as a key communication bridge between English and Spanish-speaking employees, ensuring clear understanding of tasks and company policies. They will be responsible for implementing best practices in warehouse management, including compliance with safety regulations and optimizing workflow processes. Ultimately, the role aims to enhance operational productivity and support the company s supply chain objectives through effective leadership and bilingual communication. General Accountabilities include:
Schedule Orders & Appropriate Staffing Accurately Process Paperwork in the Computer System Ensure Proper Inventory & Material Levels for Production Needs Accurate Lot Management to Ensure Traceability Directing the Work Activities of VAS Staff Assure All Policies & Procedures are Followed Monitor Employee Performance & Coach for Improvement Participate in the Hiring, Onboarding, and Training Process Participate in Time Studies, Estimates, & Bids on Potential Customer Projects Participate in Off-hours Meetings & Training Other duties as assigned by management
Skills Required:
Fluent in English & Spanish, Verbal and Written Positive Attitude Basic Computer & Math Skills Ability to Give Fair & Professional Treatment to All Associates Ability to Read/Write in English Ability to Follow & Give Instructions Effectively Ability to Function & Lead Effectively in a Team & fast Paced Environment Ability to Work with
Different Levels of Management Prerequisites:
High School Diploma (or equivalent) Previous Experience Handling Food Products (a plus) Supervisor Experience (preferred)
