Warehouse Supervisor Oversees daily warehouse operations — receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory movement. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient handling of materials. This role leads warehouse staff, supports shipping and receiving activities, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures smooth workflow throughout the facility. Experience & Qualifications:
3+ years of warehouse operations management or distribution center supervision experience. Support inbound and outbound activities to meet deadlines. Perform cycle counts, track inventory, and resolve discrepancies. Strong understanding of warehouse procedures, inventory flow, and distribution best practices. Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with employees and customers. Experience ensuring compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements. Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees or customers. Collaborate with management and customers to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Apply warehouse management best practices to improve efficiency, accuracy, and throughput. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory movement. Support department activities such as replenishment, order fulfillment, shipping preparation, and inventory‑related tasks to ensure smooth execution. Monitor workflow in real time and adjust priorities, staffing, and task assignments based on volume and operational demands. Delegate work to associates to balance workloads, support development, and meet productivity, accuracy, and service‑level expectations. Oversee team operations to ensure projects and tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
