We are a family-owned cabinetry manufacturer looking for a dependable, hardworking Shipping Supervisor to lead our shipping and delivery team.

The Shipping Supervisor oversees our day-to-day shipping and delivery operations while also working alongside the team . This is not a desk-based supervisory position. You'll help coordinate deliveries, direct drivers and delivery helpers, load trucks, solve problems, and make sure our cabinetry arrives safely, accurately, and on schedule.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate daily deliveries, routes, trucks, and delivery crews Provide day-to-day direction and support to drivers and delivery helpers Make sure trucks are loaded accurately, securely, and efficiently Verify crews have the paperwork, plans, hardware, and materials needed for each delivery Work alongside the team with loading, unloading, staging, and deliveries Serve as a backup driver or delivery helper when needed Keep shipping, staging, and loading areas organized Communicate delivery delays, job site issues, missing items, and other concerns Help prevent product damage through proper loading, handling, and transportation Monitor company vehicles and equipment for cleanliness, organization, maintenance, and safety concerns Assist with training and on boarding shipping and delivery employees Help maintain required driver, safety, and department documentation Promote safe work practices and compliance with company and applicable DOT requirements Identify ways to improve efficiency, delivery accuracy, and customer service
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who leads by example and is willing to jump in wherever needed. The right person will be dependable, organized, accountable, and comfortable providing direction while maintaining positive relationships with the team. Experience in shipping, delivery, warehousing, cabinetry, construction materials, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus. This is an active, hands-on position that requires regularly lifting and moving cabinetry and related materials, loading and unloading trucks, standing and walking for extended periods, and safely operating delivery vehicles and equipment as needed.
