In this essential role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and accurate flow of goods through our warehouse. Working in both dry and cold storage environments, you will help unload, receive, and organize inbound freight, supporting our commitment to efficient operations and excellent customer service. Schedule Monday - Friday 12:30 am to 09:00 am, or until job duties are complete. May include overtime. Responsibilities Unload inbound freight from trailer vans (up to 53 in length) in a dry and cold warehouse environment (temperatures as low as 10°F above zero). Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move and organize freight safely and efficiently. Receive inbound freight and verify shipments against purchase orders. Replenish warehouse stock as needed to maintain inventory levels. Assist with pulling and sorting customer orders for delivery. Report any discrepancies or damaged merchandise to the Warehouse Operations Manager. Adapt to changing priorities and complete tasks to meet daily deadlines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 1 year of experience operating forklifts and working in warehouse distribution preferred; willingness to learn is welcome. Familiarity with warehouse flow and distribution processes is a plus. Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic. Ability to work scheduled hours (Monday Friday, 12:30 am to 9:00 am, or until duties are complete; overtime may be required). Reliable transportation to and from the worksite. Compensation $22.00 per hour
