Job Summary We are seeking two motivated and energetic Retail Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse operations, including order picking, shipping and receiving, delivery and heavy equipment operation. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth flow of materials and products while maintaining safety standards across all warehouse activities. Duties Interact with customers Pick customer orders accurately using our warehouse management systems Load and unload shipments with heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks. Operate heavy machinery safely following OSHA guidelines and mechanical knowledge requirements Manage shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods Handle materials with care during storage, transfer, and distribution to prevent damage Assist in warehouse organization by stacking pallets, maintaining cleanliness, and optimizing space utilization Support warehouse supervision by adhering to safety protocols and contributing to continuous process improvements Skills Customer service skills Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, and materials handling Certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks. Strong mechanical knowledge related to warehouse machinery and safety procedures (OSHA standards) Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for efficient order processing Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in shipping & receiving operations within a construction or retail environment is preferred Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking and load & unload tasks Join our team and build a rewarding career with Tile Liquidators!
