Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented team player to join our storefront door manufacturing team at Coral's Northport, AL facility. This role focuses on performing quality inspections, packaging finished doors for shipment, and supporting other production areas as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform quality inspections on doors for dimensions, color, hardware, and overall finish. Package doors and hardware accurately, ensuring glass requirements are met and installed. Read trip reports, label doors, and allocate glass/hardware using software. Handle metal extrusions (up to 24 ft) by hand or with a stand-up lift; assist with truck loading/unloading. Organize and secure materials to prevent damage; strap opened bundles for stability. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; support door production as needed. What We Are Looking For Ability to read measurements, assembly instructions, and blueprints. Basic computer skills. Safety-focused and coachable. Ability to work at a fast pace and wear required PPE, including gloves, safety glasses, ear plugs, hard hat, cut-resistant sleeves, and steel-toe boots with met guard.
