Fulfillment Associate

The Roark Group is a diverse operation fulfilling needs and providing solutions for customers all over NWA and the US since 1974. Roark specializes in Print, Fabrication, Installs, Events, Kitting, Fulfillment and MORE. We have an immediate need for a Fulfillment Associate for a high-profile client. This role is responsible for ensuring all assigned orders are pulled, labeled and prepared to ship/deliver in a timely manner as well as maintaining inventory.

Responsibilities:

Pulls/fulfills orders daily Proactively communicates any issues or concerns to the Fulfillment Manager Ensures order deadlines are met and communicates delays as needed Confident with taking inventory, counts must be accurate Assisting other areas of the warehouse when order volume is low

Skills Needed:

Experience in a comparable warehouse position Comfortable managing a high-profile client Great attention to detail Ability to communicate in a direct and concise manner Must be able to work with limited to no supervision Must work well with a team Possess a sense of urgency and accountability Ability to prioritize workload Self-motivated Ability to move and or lift up to 60lbs Experience operating a pallet jack Forklift Certification a plus Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled warehouse

Pay:

From $16.00 per hour
